Newmarket Studio Tour

Saturday October 20 & Sunday October 21, 2012 – Newmarket Studio Tour will feature artists exhibiting in their studios, homes and in community venues.

The purpose of the Newmarket Group of Artists (NGA) is to promote and highlight Newmarket visual artists to their community.

The NGA was first formed in 2009 to the organize the inaugeral Newmarket Studio Tour. The Studio Tour was created to address the lack of opportunities for visual artists in Newmarket. Working with the Town of Newmarket and Main Street businesses, the 2009 Newmarket Studio Tour was a success. There were 25 visual artists in 16 locations centred around Newmarket’s Historic Downtown core.
