Hot Yoga Markham

We are pleased to be the pioneer of Hot Yoga studio in the community of Markham. Our studio is conveniently located in the state-of-the-art building in the heart of Markham Centre. We believe Hot Yoga is for EVERYONE. The young, the mature, the relaxed, the focused, the busy, the healthy, the overweight, the injured, the stressed… We offer a range of instructors with various personalities and experiences. Every class is suitable for a first day beginner, all ages and all levels of fitness. The magic is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability and there is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained instructors will help you figure out.
