Collecting Data and Conducting Market Research with Caroline Polgrabia
This workshop is designed to support small to medium size events (and attractions) develop and/or re-design an onsite visitor survey for the purpose of collecting the necessary data to design, develop and deliver an effective and informative Post Event Report.
Three key learning outcomes:
– Basic survey design
– Data analysis
– Post-event report design
This hands-on session will help participants to determine ‘gaps’, and design an effective survey to ensure they collect the data they need for reporting.
