Unionville Theatre Company

Unionville Theatre Company was originally founded in 1979 as “The Little People’s Theatre of Unionville” when local resident Mike Johnston saw that local teens needed an opportunity to develop their creative talents. Since that time, UTC has consistently provided excellent theatre to the community. We produce one major musical each year, which runs at the end of February much to the delight of thousands of patrons.Unionville Theatre Company is a not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer board. The board is supported by many great volunteers who give so generously of their time.

Our Mission:

We will operate a repertory company focused on young people that will through study, performance, production and competition advance knowledge and appreciation of theatre and the role it has played and continues to play in our culture and tradition; such that each person involved with our company participates in a learning experience that enhances their lives.
